1. Eligibility to purchase
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
Only when correct and true information is given, will an individual be eligible to purchase from bleaq. Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. In addition, bleaq reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks.

2. Pricing policy
Prices shown on the Site are in British pounds and are inclusive of taxes. Prices may be subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP, DDU / Custom Tax will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in British pounds, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

3. Insurance
Insurance is typically included at the seller's discretion , but as we operate a majority of our online sales through a direct ‘seller to buyer’ basis we are not liable for loss or damage of goods once in transit.
