Jacquard Weaver and Illustrator based in London, UK. Sophie's work focuses on fighting street harassment and other political issues. Through art, she encourages women and non-binary queens to stick up their middle fingers to the patriarchy.  Her illustrations document personal experiences of street harassment as well as inviting women to share their own and speak out. Her work empowers women and non-binary queens through story sharing and raising awareness. The middle finger logo I have developed, is a symbol for sticking your fingers up to what is expected to be accepted as a social normality or a complement to women. "Being made to feel uncomfortable in the streets or scared ain't no compliment hun" - Sophie.
