bleaq offers an alternative retail structure; breaking away from out-dated retail models; dependant on over-consumption. Instead, we work with each and every one of our designers with warmth transparency - ensuring the benefits given and received when stocking with us.

 

With this, you will find delivery schedules will differ from product to designer as products are dispatched directly from the designers themselves. Furthermore most of our products are either one-off pieces or made-to-order with varying turnaround times. For full details and information, please refer to each unique listing.

ready-to-ship UK products

The majority of our stocked pieces are made and ready to ship. These will be posted next working day and endeavoured delivery times are as follows:

UK: 2-5 working days

EU & International: 5-10 days

Whilst many of our creatives are UK based - we are also proud to celebrate and stock artists & designers from across the globe. Any orders processed for our international creatives will be posted next working day and endeavoured delivery times are as follows:

taxes and duties

Product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties. Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the destination country.

BREXIT: IMPORTANT NOTICE

Orders shipped from the UK to EU can incur custom taxes and import duties. This is not included in the shipping cost, and is not covered by bleaq or our designers.

PLEASE NOTE: UK postal services do not offer tracking on parcels travelling from UK to Mexico. In these cases, we will used a signed for service for extra security.

Some of our designers work with a 'made-to-order' ethos - whether its for bespoke sizing or simply to minimise production waste. The delivery for these pieces is estimated at 2-6 weeks dependent on designer, however please see individual listing for more information.
